Glam Beauty & Education is a UK-based business providing online beauty education, digital courses, downloadable content, and training support. These Terms govern your use of our website and services.

2. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Glam Beauty & Education — including logos, course materials, graphics, and downloads — is protected by copyright and may not be copied, distributed, or resold. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to access purchased content.

3. Payments & Pricing

All pricing is clearly displayed on the product pages. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal). We do not store payment details. Any applicable payment plans are subject to the terms of those third-party providers.

4. Refunds

Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the sales page or checkout, all digital products and courses are non-refundable due to the nature of instant access. If a refund is offered, it will be stated clearly with terms of eligibility.

5. Access & Usage

Products, downloads, and course access are for the purchaser only. You may not share login access or redistribute content in any form. We reserve the right to revoke access if misuse is detected.

6. Communications

By purchasing or signing up for our offers, you agree to receive relevant emails and updates from us. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in our emails.

7. Limitation of Liability

For the Beginner Gel Polish Course

These terms and conditions apply to your purchase and participation in the Beginner Gel Polish Course offered by Glam Beauty & Education ("we", "our", "us"). By enrolling in the course, you agree to the following:

1. Course Access & Delivery

Upon purchase, you will receive lifetime access to all core training videos and the downloadable course manual. Access is delivered online via our course platform, and you may revisit the material at any time.

2. Accreditation & Assessments

This course is fully accredited by ABT, and you will receive a certificate upon passing the online assessment.

Your enrolment includes:

- Up to 3 assessment submissions for qualification

- A full 12 months to complete your assessments from date of purchase

This ensures you have time and flexibility to build your confidence and skills without pressure.

3. Payment Terms

Full payment is required at time of purchase unless using an approved third-party payment plan provider. Access to the course will only be granted after successful payment or confirmation of the first instalment.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the instant digital access to all course materials, we operate a strict no-refunds policy. By enrolling, you agree that you are receiving immediate access and are not entitled to a cooling-off period under UK distance selling regulations for digital goods.

5. Confidence Guarantee

We want you to succeed. If you complete the course and submit your assessment up to 3 times within 12 months and are still unable to qualify, we will offer additional feedback and support to help you improve — at no extra cost. We do not, however, guarantee results or success unless full participation and practice have taken place.

6. Copyright & Usage

All course materials — including videos, manuals, and downloads — are the intellectual property of Glam Beauty & Education. They are provided for your personal use only.

You may not:

- Share your login or access with others

- Resell, reproduce, or gift course content

- Use the course to train others unless given written permission

- We reserve the right to revoke access without refund if misuse or unauthorised sharing is detected.
